Foo Fighters kicked off their Australian Take Cover tour on November 5, 2026, with a nearly three-hour performance at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, featuring classic hits, acoustic performances, and a tribute to late drummer Taylor Hawkins.

The opening concert featured 26 songs, with the band’s setlist including All My Life, The Pretender, Times Like These, My Hero, and Learn to Fly. Concert details also confirmed a special acoustic segment featuring Wheels, Marigold, Big Me, and Under You.

Frontman Dave Grohl led the band through a mix of familiar favorites and newer material, including Your Favorite Toy. During the performance, Grohl switched to drums while drummer Ilan Rubin played guitar.

One of the evening’s notable moments came when the band dedicated Aurora to Hawkins, who died in 2022.

The encore included a cover of Gerry Rafferty’s Baker Street, followed by Hey, Johnny Park! and the closing song Everlong.

The Brisbane concert marked the beginning of an extended run of performances across Australia and New Zealand, continuing the band’s longstanding connection with audiences in the region.
